My work with children began when my son was diagnosed with ADHD and Autism. Supporting him led me to Blindfolded Reading through the ICU Academy—a practice that opened powerful pathways for focus, intuition, and connection.

For over 15 years, Mindfulness Meditation has brought calm, clarity, and balance into my own life. Sharing these tools helps children build emotional regulation, resilience, and trust in their inner guidance. Through meditation and Blindfolded Reading, they learn to pause, breathe, and connect with their inner world, strengthening confidence, creativity, and intuitive awareness.

Learning Mindsight has deepened this journey even further. Teaching myself this practice opened a new passion: extending the same intuitive connection and inner knowing to adults who are ready to reconnect with themselves on a deeper level.

My approach remains heart‑centered—meeting each child and adult where they are, honoring their unique gifts, and helping them feel safe, seen, and empowered. Over time, they blossom in self‑expression, emotional resilience, and intuitive confidence.

For parents, this is a partnership built on trust. I honor your role and create a supportive space where both you and your child feel uplifted as intuition, heart, and mind come into harmony.
